Lee joined Eastlund Hutchinson in 2017. Lee has extensive experience in family law and litigation, with 22 years of experience as an attorney listening to people’s situations and advocating for them.

Dealing with family issues is very difficult, frustrating and trying. Lee understands what you are going through. If you’re facing divorce, child custody issues or any other kind of family conflicts requiring legal help, whether it’s through mediation or by representation in court, you need an experienced attorney who will listen to you and fight for your best interests. Lee will advise you of the advantages and disadvantages of taking a variety of different courses of action.

Moving on with your life while you work your way through the legal system takes patience, knowledge and understanding. Lee will advise you how the law applies to your issues so that together, you can move forward. If an amicable resolution is not possible through mediation, then going to court may be necessary. Either way, Lee will work with you to find creative legal solutions to meet your needs and reach a successful outcome.

Lee is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and received his JD from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell-Hamline) in St. Paul. Prior to law school, Lee was a Peace Corps volunteer in both Jamaica and Lesotho, Southern Africa. Lee also worked with Legal Aid before starting his own practice.
